Did someone say shake n bake?

My husband and I were sitting on the couch. I can’t remember how the conversation started about shake n bake recipes back in the day and how we loved this easy throw together meal. You even got the bag with it too! So I decided to take a shot at making a keto shake n bake recipe. I wanted this to be a healthy version using spices that are savory and not so much salt. I looked up a few different recipes and decided on a collaboration of a few different recipes to make my own.

  • 1 lb pork chops ( 4 @4 ounces) pork chops I used bone in
  • 2 cups ground pork rinds
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • 2 ½ tablespoon finely grated Parmesan cheese the powdered kind
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • I rinsed the pork chops and patted them a little bit dry. Still want the pork chops a little moist to adhere to the spices.
  • Place all the ingredients in a Ziploc bag and shake each pork chop one at a time.
  • Place on a greased baking sheet . Bake at 400 degrees for about 20-30 minutes turning the pork chops half way through depending on thickness. 😋🥰 Easy Peasy! Enjoy!
