Tuna Melt

This is a great simple lunch recipe you can make ahead of time. You can make it as a salad, on keto bread or even a wrap.

  • 1 can of tuna
  • Base Culture Keto bread
  • ½ cup chopped parsley
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • ½ cup mayo avocado oil
  • ½ TBL Old Bay Seasoning
  • S&P
  • Butter or EVOO

Mix all the ingredients except the tuna and butter in a food processor or immersion blender. Once everything is all blended together, fold in the tuna.

Place on keto bread of your choice or a wrap. Crisp it up in the George Foreman or if you have a griddle you can do that as well, you can use a little butter or olive oil in your pan. Cook for about 4-5 minutes you can check for crispness. You can go a little longer if it’s crispy enough. Easy Peasy! Enjoy 🙂
