This recipe I baked up chicken breasts.
1 egg
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup of almond flour
1 Tbl italian seasoning
1 Tbl mojo citrus seasoning
pinch of S&P to your liking.
Directions:
Mix egg and heavy whipping cream in one bowl.
Mix the rest of the ingredients in a shallow dish for dredging the chicken.
Lay chicken in the egg mixture first then dredge the chicken in the almond flour mixture.
Place chicken on sheet pan on a metal rack. Bake in the oven at 375 for 30 minutes or when the internal temperature reaches 165. Enjoy! Easy peasy ๐
I made a simple salad romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes and feta cheese sprinkled on top. Use a dressing you desire. I’ll post some of my favorite easy to make dressings in a later post. Seared up broccolini in a pan with some evoo and s&p. Super delicious!
